Job Title: Communications & Marketing Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Communications professional to join our team.

You will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of marketing and communications strategies that raise our organisation's profile and support its mission.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Executing marketing plans to deliver campaigns, collateral, and compelling content that align with commercial objectives
* Developing multi-channel strategies to drive visibility and engagement through digital, advertising, eDMs, and social media
* Creating and managing engaging content across all social media platforms
* Delivering timely newsletters, updates, and announcements to external stakeholders
* Managing our website to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date
* Contributing to strategies that attract and retain members
* Strengthening our brand by ensuring all activities build awareness and reputation
* Delivering a positive member journey and maximising engagement
* Collaborating with events and workforce teams to promote training and events
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
* Membership Organisation Experience (desirable but not essential)
* Strong experience producing written and digital content across multiple formats
* Excellent writing and editing skills with a flair for clear, engaging, and professional communication
* Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver on deadlines
* Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, email marketing tools, social media platforms, CMS, analytics tools, and Adobe Creative Suite
* The ability to deliver exceptional service and communicate value to members and stakeholders
* Strong relationship-building skills with members, stakeholders, and suppliers
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, not-for-profit environment where priorities can shift
