About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Sport Office Coordinator to join our Sport department in a progressive, well‐resourced, and supportive educational environment.
In this role, you will assist in the organisation, administration and delivery of sporting events and programs. You will also coordinate communications with parents, students and staff, manage sport databases and attendance, and oversee transport, uniforms, equipment, and logistics.
This is a part time (FTE 0.8), fixed term contract position, inclusive of the school holiday periods. We are open to discussing the specific working days with the successful candidate. To ensure a smooth and comprehensive handover, this role will ideally commence on 25 May 2026 and conclude on 18 December 2026.
About You
You are a self‐motivated and highly effective coordinator, skilled at managing multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail. You keep day‐to‐day operations running smoothly, communicating clearly with students, families and staff, whilst remaining adaptable in a fast‐paced environment.
You bring demonstrated experience in an administrative role, including database management, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. You contribute positively to a collaborative school community.
Knowledge & Skills
* Experience in office administration procedures and practices.
* Experience in a student‐facing, busy administrative role would be highly regarded.
* Knowledge of school‐based sporting programs.
* Strong administrative skills.
* Excellent computer skills, including advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and meet strict deadlines.
* Exceptional attention to detail, with efficient and accurate data entry skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with students, staff, families and external stakeholders.
* Experience in file management, record keeping and database management.
* Proficiency in coordinating communications, logistics and equipment procurement.
