Key Responsibilities
* Assist with the full recruitment lifecycle: from talent sourcing to successful placement.
* Partner with the team to provide administrative and coordination support.
* Proactively develop new client relationships and manage business development activities.
* Craft compelling and well-written job advertisements to attract high-caliber candidates.
* Handle offer stages including verbal offers, reference checks, contract coordination, and onboarding follow-up.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the recruitment process.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a professional and positive experience.
* Support the team in organising meetings, interviews, and events.
About You
* Hard-working, proactive, and reliable with strong attention to detail.
* Patient and driven, with a genuine interest in helping others succeed.
* Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (verbal and written).
* A team player with strong ethics and a commitment to delivering great service.
* Minimum 2 years of work experience, preferably in Business Development, Sales, or Relationship Management .
* Prior experience in Real Estate, Property Development, Construction, or Finance is highly regarded.
* Australian PR or Citizen is preferred
