Key Responsibilities 
Assist with the full recruitment lifecycle: from talent sourcing to successful placement. 
Partner with the team to provide administrative and coordination support. 
Proactively develop current client relationships and manage business development activities. 
Craft compelling and well-written job advertisements to attract high-caliber candidates. 
Handle offer stages including verbal offers, reference checks, contract coordination, and onboarding follow-up. 
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the recruitment process. 
Build and maintain robust relationships with candidates to ensure a skilled and positive experience. 
Support the team in organising meetings, interviews, and events. 
About You 
Hard-working, proactive, and reliable with solid attention to detail. 
Patient and driven, with a genuine interest in helping others succeed. 
Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (verbal and written). 
A team player with strong ethics and a commitment to delivering great service. 
Minimum 2 years of work experience, preferably in Business Development, Sales, or Relationship Management. 
Prior experience in Real Estate, Property Development, Construction, or Finance is highly regarded. 
Australian PR or Citizen is preferred
