This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled educator to take on a leadership role within our learning community.
About the Role:
* To lead and manage the curriculum development, assessment practices, and pedagogical innovation within the designated Learning Area.
* To provide strategic direction, fostering high standards of teaching and learning, and supporting staff in delivering engaging, rigorous, and inclusive educational programs.
* To maintain professional standards, support the professional development of staff, and participate in the appraisal process.
Main Responsibilities:
* To attend Academic Leadership Team meetings as scheduled by the Deputy Principal (Teaching and Learning).
* To undertake responsibility for staff within their Learning Area.
Requirements:
* To hold current registration as a teacher with the relevant regulatory body.
* To demonstrate a commitment to supporting the values of our institution and its co-curricular activities.
* To possess strong team orientation and ability to maintain a positive profile for the Learning Area within the institution and community.
Candidates must have a current Working with Children Check.

* Relevant teaching experience and qualifications will be highly regarded.
