****Exciting Opportunity with Protech at Blackwater Mine – Multi-Skilled Operator/ Trainer/Assessor Wanted
Protech is seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Operators /Trainer/Assessors to join our team at the Blackwater Coal Mine – one of Queensland's largest metallurgical coal producers, located just 73km southeast of Emerald.
These roles are offered on a BIBO (Bus In, Bus Out) or DIDO (Drive In, Drive Out) basis, giving you flexibility in how you travel to site.
POSITIONS AVAILABLE (Experienced):**
* Multi Skilled Operators/ Trainer Assessor - $91.28/ hr.

o Higher Responsibilities Allowance - $100 per day
****Experience required - CAT 785/789/793 & KOM 830E, CAT D10T, D11T & Trainer Assessor Certification
ABOUT THE ROLE****
* 7/7 even time roster (dayshift only) – Thursday to Wednesday rotation
* 12 Hour Shifts

****KEY RESPONSIBILITIES******
* Operating machinery efficiently and safely as a highly skilled operator
* Conduct practical training and competency assessments for operators
* Ensure training records, assessments, and documentation are accurately maintained
* Complying with site's policies and procedures
* Responding to instructions from Mining Supervisor
***COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED***
* The successful candidates will have a minimum of 18 months demonstrated coal experience operating machinery
* Demonstrated experience delivering training in an open cut mining environment
* Machinery Evidence (Training Transcript/Site Authorisations/ RII Certificates)
* A current Trainer/Assessor qualification or equivalent. Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (highly regarded)
* Health Assessment (Coal Board Medical)
* Standard 11
* Current Drivers Licence
* Two contactable references to verify experience/skills
* Right to work in Australia
