Responsibilities
Develop and manage project plans and schedules
Provide specialist advice and technical expertise on workforce initiatives
Perform research, analysis, and prepare draft reports, business cases, and executive briefs
Monitor project budgets, assist with procurement, and manage risks, issues, and benefits
Contribute to project quality management and deliverables
Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including senior government audiences
Essential Criteria
High performance in dynamic, fast-paced environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Critical thinking and decision-making abilities
Project management and workforce consultation support
Research, report, and brief preparation
Desirable Criteria
Experience in a government department, agency, or public sector
Understanding of disability, health, allied health, or related sectors
