About The Role
This hybrid position allows you to:
* Work 1–3 days per week in schools across metro Adelaide (typically 8:30am–3:30pm)
* Pick up community nursing shifts, providing care to clients in their homes
You'll be supported by a strong clinical and operational team and enjoy structured, well‐organised shifts across both programs.

You'll play a key role in supporting the health and wellbeing of students and staff by:
* Triage and management of student presentations

* Supporting students with ongoing or complex medical needs
* Promoting health, safety, and wellbeing within the school environment
You'll be a trusted healthcare presence within the school community, making a real impact every day.

* Medication administration, wound care, and clinical assessments
* Supporting daily health needs with empathy and professionalism
* Building strong, respectful relationships with clients
No night shifts, no rushed visits—just quality care delivered properly.
