The Opportunity
CE Group is seeking an experienced and hands on Warehouse & Asset Manager to lead warehouse operations, inventory control and asset management activities across the business. This role will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, materials management and company assets to ensure equipment, tools and materials are accurately tracked, safely stored and efficiently issued to support operational and project requirements. This opportunity would suit someone with strong warehouse, logistics or asset management experience who enjoys leading teams, improving systems and maintaining safe and efficient warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day to day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, dispatch and logistics coordination
* Maintain inventory and asset registers, stocktakes, reconciliations and asset tracking processes
* Coordinate materials, tools and equipment movements across warehouse and project locations
* Lead and support warehouse personnel while promoting accountability and safe work practices
* Ensure compliance with WHS requirements, warehouse safety standards and company procedures
* Support continuous improvement across warehouse systems, workflows and asset management processes
About You
* Previous experience within warehouse, logistics or asset management environments
* Demonstrated experience leading warehouse teams and coordinating daily operations
* Strong understanding of inventory control, asset tracking and warehouse systems
* Knowledge of WHS requirements and safe warehouse practices
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and problem solving ability
* Strong communication skills with a practical and hands on approach
