Leadership Role
We are seeking a skilled leader to oversee our online property business in Canberra, Australia's leading online real estate marketplace and magazine. The ideal candidate will have circa 6+ years of senior sales/director level experience, with a strong understanding of either real estate or digital trends.
* Develop and execute overall strategy for the business, building revenue plans, setting agendas, and promoting collaboration towards big-picture goals.
* Bolster strategic and operational capabilities across a team of functional leads to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and quality across all key areas.
* Grow revenue and improve product adoption across digital, print, and software solutions to meet performance targets.
* Create a dynamic and engaged work culture across the sales team and wider business.
* Present key updates, strategies, and sales reports to senior leadership.
The successful candidate will be a results-driven, creative, and strategic thinker with excellent financial acumen, and a strong ability to travel interstate on a quarterly basis.
