The roleMultispares is seeking to appoint a Delivery Driver / Storeperson to join our friendly team in Unanderra.This is a permanent role, focused on delivering and managing efficient service levels in the warehouse including the delivery of products to customers and maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the work area.Reporting to the Branch Manager, your key responsibilities include:Delivery of product to customers and collecting stock returns from customers and suppliersAssisting in checking and processing of stock received into the warehousePicking and packing of stock to be dispatched, ensuring that all deliveries are packed, labelled and recorded correctlyObserving and adherence safe work practices in the transport, delivery and handling of productsAbout YouThe successful candidate must be an independent worker and at the same time a reliable team player. You will have good communication and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail and work well under pressure.In additionMinimum 2 years experience in a similar roleUnrestricted Drivers License is requiredForklift license is preferred but not essentialPhysically fit with a good safety record and a good working knowledge of WHS systemsGood organisational skills and effective time management skillsBasic computer skills and experience in computerised warehouse systemsPro-active, self-motivated, reliable and customer-focusedAbout the companyMultispares is the largest independent supplier of truck, trailer and bus parts in Australia and New Zealand.
