Job Title
We are seeking a skilled and experienced engineer to lead technical excellence in power system studies.
This pivotal role involves driving innovation and expertise across various power system studies using tools like PSS/E, PSCAD, PowerFactory, and Hypersim.
As a key member of our team, you will bring your expertise in end-to-end grid connection processes, guiding the technical delivery of complex studies and ensuring seamless integration with the grid.
Your experience with generator performance standards and deep understanding of Schedule 5 of the NER will be crucial to your success.

Lead innovative design and engineering solutions
Oversee project controls and subcontractor management
Conduct site inspections and deliver cost-effective outcomes

About You
Applicants must be driven and experienced professionals with a passion for power systems and a collaborative mindset.
Candidates should bring a strong technical foundation and a desire to lead, mentor, and make a difference.
A degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics
At least 7 years of hands-on experience delivering complex, high-voltage grid connection projects—ideally across design, build, and commissioning phases
A strong focus on health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ), with a knack for inspiring teams and driving great results
Excellent people skills—you know how to build strong relationships, communicate clearly, and work with customers and senior stakeholders to find the best way forward
Chartered status with Engineers Australia and RPEQ registration (or actively working towards it and keen to get there)
