Our client, a leading organisation in a high-profile industry, is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join their Finance team. This pivotal role supports business units in delivering strategic objectives through robust budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. You will be a key partner in driving monthly and long-term planning processes, ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Create models in D365 system Prepare monthly Board and Executive General Manager reports. Own and maintain the 5-year planning, annual budget, and forecast models. Manage monthly reporting and forecasting for designated business units. Lead month-end processes including journals, accruals, and reconciliations. Build and maintain budgeting and forecasting models within D365. Partner with finance, operations teams, and senior executives to provide financial insights. Support the Commercial Finance Manager with ad hoc projects and process improvements. What We're Looking For CA or CPA qualified (or equivalent) with 5 years post-qualification experience. Strong accounting and finance background with proven budgeting and forecasting expertise. Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High integrity, professionalism, and a collaborative approach. Experience working in complex finance environments and partnering with multiple stakeholders. Why Apply?
