As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, processing, and dispatching customer orders, to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
* Monitor inventory levels and place stock orders as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
* Carry out all warehouse tasks directly, ensuring they are completed efficiently, safely, and in line with customer and business requirements.
* Load and unload trucks, following safe operating procedures, and ensure all outbound products have the correct documentation.
* Accurately receipt all inward and outward goods, maintaining up-to-date records.
* Record and manage pallet returns/de-hires, working to minimize losses and recovery costs.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the FMCG or retail industry.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Knowledge of stock management systems and procedures.
* Physical stamina to perform manual handling tasks.
