Hotel Leadership Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving team performance and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.


Responsibilities

* Promote a culture of excellence among hotel teams
* Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction
* Maintain high-quality food and beverage standards
* Leverage opportunities to increase sales through upselling and cross-selling
* Analyse customer feedback to inform service improvements
* Oversee the maintenance of clean and well-appointed rooms and public areas
* Manage repairs and maintenance tasks
* Coordinate rotas, banking, and health and safety procedures

Requirements

Candidates should have previous leadership experience in a service-led industry and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Previous experience in food and beverage is advantageous.
