**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the university, including Future Student Enquiry, Admissions, Marketing, Student Services, and Faculty, to create a seamless, student-centred applicant experience that aligns with Curtin's recruitment objectives.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute targeted event engagement initiatives that provide applicants with valuable insights, personalised support, and opportunities to connect with Curtin staff, students, and resources.
- Ensure every applicant touchpoint is optimised to provide a consistent, informative, and engaging experience, addressing diverse applicant needs while adapting to evolving student expectations and market trends.
**Who we are looking for**:
- Completed a degree in a related field, or a combination of relevant work experience, education and/or training.
- Strong project management and coordination experience, with the ability to operate independently whilst working collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience managing diverse stakeholder relationships to ensure the delivery of efficient and effective project outcomes.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and develop creative solutions to meet audience and university objectives.
- Demonstrated understanding of customer journeys, lead-generation, nurture, and conversion principles.
**Role Requirements**:
- As this is a continuing (permanent) role, you will require permanent work rights in Australia to be considered
- A current valid Working with Children's check is an essential requirement for this position.
