Based at Latrobe Regional Health, Gippsland Health Alliance are looking for a Service Desk Officer to join our Service Desk on either a casual, part time or full time basis.
The GHA Service Desk provides first level ICT support to 11 health services within Gippsland operating 7:00 am - 11:00 pm 7 days a week.
The Service Desk Officer is responsible for the effective delivery of the following services as part of this role:
5. Deliver exceptional customer service to all GHA members and customers.
6. Triage, prioritise and collect all relevant call information.
7. Provide application and user administration support to GHA systems.
8. Maximise the GHA ROI via Service Desk promotion and usage.
