Key Role: Bookkeeper - Part Time


About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bookkeeper to join our team on a permanent, part time basis. The successful applicant will have proven experience in bookkeeping and possess excellent communication and organisational skills.

The role involves managing end-to-end accounts payable and receivable duties, reconciling credit card transactions, and performing daily cash flow analysis. The ideal candidate will be experienced in using Xero and possess strong attention to detail.


Responsibilities

* Manage accounts payable and receivable duties
* Reconcile all company credit card transactions
* Perform daily cash flow analysis
* Manage calculations and payment of superannuation


Requirements

* Proven experience in bookkeeping
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Experience using Xero
* Able to multitask with strong attention to detail
