* Main Responsibilities:
* Support daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and household duties
* Accompany customers to appointments and social activities
* Encourage independence through skill-building and decision-making
* Maintain accurate documentation and communication with team members
* Create a safe and respectful environment in line with policies and procedures
