We are seeking a dynamic and commercially astute Branch Manager to lead our Launceston operation. This is a unique opportunity to oversee a multi-faceted dealership, with direct responsibility for Sales, Parts, and Service, while driving both operational excellence and strong commercial results.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire a high-performing team across all dealership departments
* Drive achievement of financial, volume, and market share targets across sales and after-sales
* Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic growth initiatives
* Identify and implement opportunities to improve performance, efficiency, and profitability
* Foster a customer-first culture, ensuring service excellence at every touchpoint
* Coach and mentor the dealership team to enhance capability and performance
