**Inclusion Coordinator for Complex Student Needs**
* We are seeking a dedicated Inclusion Coordinator to join our team, responsible for promoting inclusive environments and coordinating support programs for students with diverse needs.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and managing complex student cases, facilitating case conferences, and promoting the Catholic ethos in day-to-day tasks. This includes working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective strategies and professional learning.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing complex student cases to ensure appropriate training, care, and support are provided.
2. Facilitating case conferences to coordinate comprehensive responses to emergent student welfare needs.
3. Promoting the Catholic ethos in all interactions with staff, school communities, governments, and other agencies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
4. A postgraduate qualification in Education or related field is essential. Teaching experience is also required.
