Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality nursing care.
* Maintain accurate resident records and documentation.
* Reports all incidents in a timely manner to Care Team Leader.
* Collaborate and communicate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
* Commitment to compassionate nursing.
Requirements:
* Certificate III/IV in Individual Support.
* Minimum 6 months recent aged care experience required (residential or community care).
* NDIS Check.
* Current National Police Check.
* National Police Check must be no older than 6 months.
* Current influenza vaccination (or valid medical exemption)
* Must have full working rights in Australia (citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa)
