A leader in renewable energy future is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to join their fast-paced production environment in Hamlet, NC. As a fast-growing, purpose-driven, global energy company specializing in delivering sustainable wood bioenergy solutions that have become the world's largest producer of sustainable wood pellets. Shift: Primarily day schedule Monday through Friday, with on-call.

Responsibilities
* Organizes a team of electricians actively involved in various craft specialties, to include input on evaluations and weekly time approval.
* Diagnoses, delegates, instructs and carries out skilled activities involving the repair, installation, calibration, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
* Guarantees adherence to safety practices and principles, and maintains electrical equipment to the relevant Federal, State, and Local Codes.
* Creates and manages work/emergency work orders and prioritizes daily and preventative assignments.
Qualifications
* At least two years industrial electrical experience.
* Previous experience leading electricians.
* Previous wood products industry experience is a plus.
