Responsibilities
* Ignite a love of learning in children, guiding their development with purposeful and energetic teaching practices.
* Build strong, meaningful relationships with families, ensuring every child feels a profound sense of belonging and is supported to thrive.
* Mentor and inspire educational practices in your room, collaborating with our centre leadership team to develop, review, and implement high-quality early learning programs, achieving outstanding outcomes for our children.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality early learning programs across the centre.
About Goodstart Dalby
* 74‐place centre across 5 rooms, caring for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years
* Unique church setting split across two buildings with amazing outdoor spaces
* Central location with easy access to local shops and supermarkets
* Full‐time role, working within operating hours 7am - 6pm, Monday to Friday
* Rated "Meeting" NQS (Nov 2024), reflecting strong quality practice and continuous improvement

Requirements
* Bachelor or Master of Early Childhood qualification (ACECQA approved)
* Current QLD Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
* Queensland – Registration voluntary if eligible, not required
