**Your new role**
As a Meter Reader, you will record accurate meter reads and report any safety hazards across residential and commercial sites. Your day will consist of:
- Carrying out inspections of meters
- Communication with the billing team
- Conducting accurate meter reads
- Collating data within set timeframes
- Communicating with customers
- Contributing to continuous improvement
- Adhering to compliance.
**What you'll need to succeed**

- Are familiar with the greater Hobart region
- Hold a current unrestricted Tasmanian drivers licence.
You must hold Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency to be considered for this role. You must be able to pass a full medical including drug and alcohol testing.
**What you'll get in return**
You will be employed directly with our client on a casual basis working on a roster of 2-3 days a week, across a span of 6 to 9 hours each shift. You will be paid a competitive hourly rate and be provided with uniform and tools for the role, as well as access to a pool car for transport.
