We're partnering with a well-established insurance brokerage looking to hire an Insurance Broker to support and grow a portfolio across commercial and SME clients.
This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who can manage clients, liaise with underwriters, and run with a portfolio independently while supporting a Senior Account Manager.
What You'll Be Doing
* Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial insurance clients
* Handle renewals, endorsements, and new business placements
* Identify cross‐selling opportunities across existing accounts
* Liaise directly with clients, insurers, and underwriters
* Prepare submissions, reports, and insurance recommendations
* Negotiate terms and placement outcomes with insurers
* Support claims processes and advocate for clients when required
* Manage invoicing, debtor follow‐ups, and financial administration
* Maintain accurate records across internal systems
What We're Looking For
* Experience in insurance broking or general insurance
* Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and placement
* RG146 compliant (Tier 1 preferred)
* Ability to manage a portfolio and work autonomously
* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
* Strong attention to detail across documentation and compliance
* Comfortable working in a fast‐paced, client‐focused environment
