GDev is seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to support residential construction projects across Queensland, New South Wales and South Australia.
This role is responsible for leading the Customer Service and Administration team, ensuring smooth processes and communication between customers, channel partners, and construction teams throughout the building process. This is a key position working closely with the Construction Manager and Area Managers, with responsibilities for departmental reporting, contributing to the strategic planning and implementing of change management strategies for the continual improvement and success of the G Dev Team.
Based in Ormeau, you will support projects from site start through to practical completion, handover and maintenance, while helping drive efficient construction administration and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the Customer Service / Administration team from site start through to maintenance
Ensure customers and channel partners receive proactive construction updates
Provide administrative support to Construction Managers and Building Teams
Monitor construction progress, practical completions and handovers
Manage weekly claims reporting and construction administration
Coordinate subdivision and project documentation
Contribute to construction operational meetings and process improvements
Support the maintenance and warranty services team
Maintain and develop systems and processes to support successful delivery or projects through the construction phase.
About You
5+ years experience in residential construction customer service, administration or building coordination
Previous experience in a Team Leader/Manager or Senior Building Coordination/Administration role
Strong understanding of residential construction processes (pre-site and onsite)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
Experience with construction management software (Onsite Companion or similar) and Microsoft Office
