What you'll be doing?
* Designing, developing, and deploying Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components.
* Producing clean, scalable, and testable code.
* Collaborating with cross‐functional team members on Salesforce‐related projects.
* Taking ownership and initiative of Salesforce engineering and adding value to the overall technical environment.
* Engaging in open discussions with team members and stakeholders.
* Using systematic debugging to diagnose issues, performing code reviews, and driving a monitoring philosophy.
* Approaching all aspects of engineering work through a security lens.
* Acting as the in‐house Salesforce expert, continuously staying up to date with the latest Salesforce engineering and sharing insights.
* Ensuring high coding standards.
What you'll bring?
* 3+ years of experience building and maintaining customisations on the Salesforce platform.
* Ability to take end‐to‐end ownership of Salesforce development within a company.
* Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWCs).
* Experience with Apex Triggers.
* Experience with Batch Apex jobs.
* Experience with Salesforce Email‐to‐Case.
* Experience with external callouts from Salesforce to external web services using Apex REST callouts.
* A good understanding of Salesforce DX and CI/CD tooling.
* Understanding of test‐driven development and continuous integration with Salesforce.
* Experience with Salesforce Governor Limits.
* Deep understanding of Salesforce design patterns.
* Experience working in a fast‐paced tech startup environment.
* Willingness to pick up new technologies and continue to upskill knowledge on the Salesforce platform.
Nice to Have:
* Salesforce Platform Developer Certification.
* Experience with AWS.
* Experience running CI/CD with GitHub Actions.
* Experience with backend integrations.
