The Role
Manage
sales administration processes
, including exchanges and settlements.
Coordinate
marketing, advertising, and social media campaigns
.
Support both
property marketing
and
agent personal marketing
.
Book and coordinate
signboard installations
and
auctions
.
Upload and maintain
property listings
across digital platforms.
Manage
print and digital marketing
, including website, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google.
Write engaging and creative
property copy
.
Assist with
branding initiatives
to ensure brand consistency.
Provide
general marketing and administrative support
as required.
Ideal Candidate
Holds or is willing to obtain a
Certificate of Registration (COR)
in Real Estate.
Previous
real estate administration or marketing experience
preferred.
Highly organised with strong communication skills.
Confident using digital platforms and managing social media.
Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive.
