Key Roles and Responsibilities

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Learning Professional to support and deliver high-impact People & Culture projects. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing the employee journey.

* Main Responsibilities:
* Manage and administer learning systems, ensuring seamless enrolment and tracking of employee development activities and vendor management.

* Configure and administer employee lifecycle events within HR systems to support a smooth and engaging employee experience.

* Assist with the design, implementation, and analysis of employment surveys to gather actionable insights and improve workplace culture.

* Ensure all people policies and HR documentation are current, compliant, and aligned with best practices and legal standards.

* Assist with large-scale projects such as talent development initiatives, onboarding programs, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of four years' experience working in a multidisciplinary customer-focused organization as a P&C Analyst, P&C Coordinator or Business Partner or similar.

They will have proven experience in learning systems, talent development, or HR project management, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, familiarity with HRIS platforms and survey tools, and an exceptional eye for detail.
