You’ll apply Human-Centred Design to create seamless, inclusive journeys for millions of fans globally.You will:Design physical and digital experiences for the Australian Open fans, patrons, partners and workforce.Plan and conduct user research and usability testingCreate user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design conceptsUse tools like Figma and Miro daily to work closely with product teamsContribute to an accessible design systemLead service design workshops and co-creation sessionsInfluence product strategy using insights and customer journey mappingAbout YouYou’re an enthusiastic designer who blends creativity with systems thinking. You thrive in collaboration and know how to get things done in cross-functional teams.
