Early Psychosis Program Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced clinical leader to manage our Early Psychosis program.
The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to provide high-quality services to young people experiencing early psychosis.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a clinical team to provide specialist assessment, early intervention, and case management services to young people aged 12-25.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve service outcomes and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
* Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and promote a culture of excellence.
Requirements
* AHPRA registration as a Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Mental Health Occupational Therapist, or Mental Health Nurse, or AASW registration as an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker.
* At least 1 year's experience in managing a multi-disciplinary service delivery team, preferably in a mental health setting.
* Demonstrated expertise in working with young people experiencing early psychosis and their families.
