About this role...
Here you will have the opportunity to run the show in this new office location for a prominent plaintiff PI firm! You will enjoy autonomy, working with clients in relation to a variety of Personal Injury matters (eg.WorkCover, TAC and Public Liability and supervise other staff members. Some of the responsibilities may include:-
1. Interviewing clients and taking instructions;
2. Providing/drafting of advice;
3. Managing claims/files;
4. Drafting of documentation (eg. applications, orders, affidavits; disclosure/discovery);
5. Attending mediations/negotiations; conciliations conferences as required;
6. Liaising with clients, lawyers, insurers, doctors, investigators, financial advisors etc.
Supported by like-minded and experienced practitioners, you will further develop your skillset and have the opportunity for genuine career growth within a well respected specialist law firm .
About the ideal candidate...
Ideally, the successful candidate will be client focussed, have strong drive & enthusiasm with prior experience (ideally Associate - Snr. Assoc. level) in managing personal injury matters, together with a positive 'can do' attitude and ambition to succeed.
