Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Analyze clients' insurance needs and provide customized insurance solutions
- Negotiate with insurance companies on behalf of clients to ensure the best possible coverage and premiums
- Process and manage insurance claims
- Keep up to date with industry trends and changes in insurance policies
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business
- Participate in insurance policy pre-renewal, renewal and post-renewal activities including drafting quotations and creating renewal reports
- Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies in an accurate and timely manner
- Attend client meetings and work on tender processes, client renewals, claims and other insurance broking duties
- Manage key stakeholder relationships with Senior Brokers, Underwriters, Client Executives and Client Managers
- Enhance the client experience through outstanding customer service
- Work on all cycles of Insurance from renewal, New Business along with Endorsement
- Explore market & research for better market products to meet target audience requirement
- Continuous Professional Development
- By Participating in Industry related webinars, Conferences.
**Salary**: $49,195.16 - $75,000.00 per year
