Administration Assistant Role

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Administration Assistant to provide support to our office and operations team.

The successful candidate will assist with general administrative tasks, manage communications, and contribute to the smooth running of our business while demonstrating a proactive attitude.

* Answer phone calls professionally
* Manage and respond to email enquiries in a timely manner
* Enter data accurately into company systems and maintain records
* Assist with general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and document management
* Provide support to the operations team
* Complete assigned tasks reliably and efficiently, following instructions carefully

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in administration or a background in office support. Formal qualifications are not essential but a plus.
