Facilities Services Staff Opportunity

About the Job

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our facilities and site management teams as facilities services staff.

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dedicated team that provides essential services such as site management, catering, cleaning, and utility services to well-known mining and oil & gas companies situated across WA.


* The role involves maintaining the cleanliness and general grounds upkeep of minesite facilities and residential properties.
* All areas must be kept organized, free from hazards, and compliant with quality standards at all times.
* Ad hoc support to site teams may be required occasionally.
* Ensure designated work, service, and living areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness.
* Follow established cleaning policies and procedures.
* Achieve completion targets within allocated timeframes and respond to timely ad-hoc cleaning requests.
* Maintain adequate supplies of cleaning materials and consumables levels, assist with EOM stock take audits.
* Grounds/utility maintenance.
* Ensure designated grounds areas are kept clean, orderly, and properly maintained.
* Follow established grounds policies and procedures.
* Ensure gardens and surrounding grounds are kept maintained and tidy.
* Assist with green waste management of facility.
* Respond timely to any ad-hoc grounds maintenance requests.
* Keep daily logs and records of all work orders completed.
* Ensure compliance with Australian standards and Occupational Health and Safety Act.

  • * Assist site manager and other department supervisors from time to time, if required.


    To join our team, you will need to possess:

    * Previous industrial cleaning experience and/or operating handheld equipment.
    * A commitment to safety at all times.
    * Valid WA driver's license.
    * Australian working rights.
    * Ability to pass comprehensive client pre-employment medical including instant drug and alcohol screening.
    * Current satisfactory national police check (within 6 months).
    * Construction white card.
    * Pesticide technician license and/or certification (desirable).
    * Previous experience at a minesite/village with experience/qualifications in first aid.
