We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Administration Coordinator. This is a fixed term 12-month full time contract for 37.5 hours per week.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support and assistance to staff, act as the first point of contact for teaching staff, students, parents, and the wider community, and manage correspondence including communication with internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have strong administration skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Provide administrative support and assistance to staff;
* Act as the first point of contact for teaching staff, students, parents, and the wider community regarding operations;
* Front of house management including triaging phone calls, visitors, staff requests, and student issues while maintaining a professional image;
* Database entry in various software programs;
* Managing correspondence including communication with internal and external stakeholders;
