Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day site operations from early works to handover
* Manage trades, safety, quality, and scheduling
* Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and project timelines
* Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
What You’ll Bring:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale commercial builds
* Strong trade coordination, documentation, and leadership skills
* Sound understanding of local construction standards and safety compliance
* Perth-based experience and full Australian working rights preferred
