About The Company

This cutting-edge technology humanely redirects birds from agricultural and commercial sites using species-specific communication—preventing habituation and improving crop yield protection across a range of environments. With strong growth momentum, particularly in the agriculture sector, the company is now looking for a driven and strategic leader to head up customer sales.


About The Opportunity

This is a rare opportunity to lead the national sales strategy, drive new customer acquisition, and scale sales operations for a globally recognised solution.


Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies across key agricultural regions to drive growth

Identify and secure new clients and strategic partnerships

Lead and support a geographically dispersed sales team while managing key accounts

Build strong relationships with growers, agronomists, and industry stakeholders

Provide market insights, maintain accurate CRM records, and report results to the executive team


About You


Qualifications

Proven success in senior agricultural sales leadership, with a strong track record of exceeding targets

Deep understanding of Australian farming systems, crop protection, and rural markets

Skilled in stakeholder management, negotiation, and building lasting client relationships

Strong leadership and experience working across reseller, co-op, and direct-to-farm channels

Integrity, professionalism, accountability and the ability to manage your time effectively

CRM discipline, structured sales process expertise, and flexibility to travel regularly
