About The Opportunity

Qualifications
Proven success in senior agricultural sales leadership, with a strong track record of exceeding targets
Deep understanding of Australian farming systems, crop protection, and rural markets
Skilled in stakeholder management, negotiation, and building lasting client relationships
Strong leadership and experience working across reseller, co-op, and direct-to-farm channels
Integrity, professionalism, accountability and the ability to manage your time effectively
CRM discipline, structured sales process expertise, and flexibility to travel regularly
