You'll be the go-to person for all things customer-related, from answering inquiries to escalating issues on the spot. Your role is pivotal in making each event a resounding success through stellar communication, quick problem-solving and seamless teamwork. Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept
* Be the Face of Excellence: Greet and assist event attendees with a warm and professional demeanour.
* Resolve with Precision: Address and resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues promptly and efficiently.
* Coordinate Seamlessly: Support the planning and execution of events, ensuring all customer-related aspects run smoothly.
* Gather Insights: Collect and analyse customer feedback to enhance future events.
* Maintain Records: Keep accurate documentation of customer interactions and transactions.
* Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with event coordinators and team members to deliver outstanding events.
Role Requirements
* You must be available on weekends and weeknights.
* Long periods of standing and walking are required so you must have the physical ability for this.
Desirable
* Current RSA
* Current drivers licence is beneficial but not essential, otherwise you need to be able to get to various locations as required.
