The ideal candidate will possess strong culinary skills, creativity, and a passion for delivering high-quality food and beverages.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Preparation of diverse meals and baked goods.
 * Menu planning, cost estimation, and inventory management.
 * Maintenance of dish quality during preparation and presentation.
 * Coordination of food preparation activities with managers and service staff.
 * Training and instructing staff on food preparation methods and techniques.
 * Adherence to strict hygiene and food safety standards.
 * Supervision of kitchen and food preparation staff.
 * Inventory control and stock rotation practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
 * Minimum one year of commercial culinary experience.
 * Certificate IV in Kitchen Management / Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.
 * Strong understanding of workplace health and safety, food handling, and sanitation practices.
 * Proficiency in culinary techniques and use of commercial kitchen equipment.
 * Excellent attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
 * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
 * Good physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
