We are now seeking highly skilled, qualified and experienced support workers to perform the following supports:
* Personal Care (e.g., toileting, showering, dressing)
* Domestic Duties (light household chores)
* Community Access (taking to appointments, accompanying individuals on outings, assisting them in community participation and driving)
Essential criteria include:
* Experience working with high-needs, complex care participants
* A qualification in Cert III in Individual Support, Disability Support or other health-related field
* Flexible schedule
* An ability to work autonomously without supervision
* Current Police Check & Working with Children's Check (if required)
* A current driver's license & access to a reliable vehicle
* A genuine willingness and ability to show compassion towards clients
This is a casual position offering flexible hours. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a commitment to providing person-centered care.
Shift availability includes:
* Afternoon shift
* Day shift
* Evening shift
* Flexible hours
* Morning shift
* Overtime
* Shift work
* Weekend availability
Licence/Certification requirements include:
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
* Driver's License (required)
* First Aid Certificate (preferred)
* Police Check (preferred)
* Working With Children (WWC) Check (preferred)
