About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at Airducter as Administration Support. In this full-time position based in Berrimah, NT, you will play a key role in providing efficient and organised administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office.
What you'll be doing
* Manage calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements for the team
* Provide front desk support, including greeting visitors and handling phone/email inquiries
* Assist with processing invoices, maintaining records and assisting with general bookkeeping tasks
* Order office supplies and manage inventory
* Attend to rounds - collecting mail, office supplies etc
* Support the project team and ad hoc administrative duties as required
What we're looking for
* Although this position could be good for someone with proven experience in an administrative or office support role, we are happy to train someone to work into the role
* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach
* Ability to operate a computer with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including skills in Excel
* Problem-solving mindset and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
