**Account Assistant - Gift Cards (12 month fixed term)**
- We are seeking a 12-month fixed-term contract/secondment, with the potential to extend for an additional 12 months, to support the Gift Card category. This dynamic category is experiencing strong double-digit growth and has several exciting new initiatives in the pipeline. **What you'll do**Enter data and ensure accuracy in existing and new articles set up- Work closely with your Category Manager, Assistant Category Manager, Category Assistant and supplier to deliver as a team- Be proficient in administrative systems (such as SAP and Partner Hub) that manage data in addition to software suites such as Google and Microsoft- Loading promotional offers using Woolworths systems- Working closely with the Assistant Category Manager to develop and execute promotional plans- Manage the Gift Card inbox, working through complaints and queries
**What you'll bring**Willingness to learn and collaborate with the wider team and adapt with changing conditions- Previous administration experience and be highly organised and capable of juggling multiple priorities simultaneously- A passion for retail- Strong commercial acumen and proficient with excel and google environment- Skilled professional with passion for customers- Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills, verbal and written communication skills- Comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic team environment
