 
        
        Market Research - Observational Studies & Face-Face Interviewing - Greater Sydney Metropolitan Area
Market Researcher role; the program measures the quality and consistency of service providers with an observational mindset using client criteria, and includes face-to-face interviews with the public using a short form survey. Interviews will be conducted while in transit on client services around the Sydney Metropolitan Area. The market research project runs throughout November.
Overview
As a Market Researcher, you'll be at the forefront of our data collection process to support client-centric strategic planning through collected observations and survey data.
Responsibilities
 * Minimum availability of three days per week (weekends inclusive)
 * Shift start times from 4am to 7am or late finish at 3pm; availability for these times is required
 * Currently living within the Greater Sydney region

 * Excellent communication skills with respondents, stakeholders, and the EY Studio+ team
 * A strong interest in the data collection process and adherence to data integrity
 * Ability to understand and follow correct procedures with minimal errors
 * Punctuality, respectfulness, and professional presentation
 * A commitment to personal safety and an understanding of workplace health and safety
 * Comfortable working in an outdoor environment and on the move during shifts
Ideal but Not Essential
 * Eligible to work in Australia
 * Experience in market research is valued but not required
 * Previous shift work experience and time management skills
 * Willingness to work on your feet in outdoor environments for various shift lengths and times
 * Adaptability to work in dynamic environments and across various field research programs
 * Understanding of standards for quality data in market research (accuracy, consistency, integrity)
