Manufacturing Specialist Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and improving manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, safety, and quality.

To succeed in this role, the candidate must possess a strong understanding of Lean principles and have experience in implementing Standardized Work Instructions, Value Stream Mapping, and Kaizen/5S.
* Evaluate production activities through data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Implement key elements of Lean to optimize workflows and reduce waste.
* Conduct time studies and audits to validate labor estimates and implement necessary measures to realize cost savings.
* Collaborate with vendors to determine product specifications and evaluate products according to quality standards.
* Facilitate cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and eliminate non-value-added activities.
The ideal candidate will have 3 or more years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering, a BS/MS in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering, and proficiency in SolidWorks & AutoCAD.
