Part-Time Gardener – Stradbroke Station (Woodville, NSW)
15–20 hours per week
Stradbroke Station, part of the O'Brien family-owned New Turee group, is looking for a reliable and hands-on Gardener to help maintain and enhance the historic homestead gardens in Woodville, NSW (15 minutes from Maitland).
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outdoor work, takes pride in presentation, and loves seeing gardens thrive.
Key Duties
* Garden maintenance, planting, pruning and watering
* Mowing, hedge trimming, whipper snipping, weeding and spraying
* Monitoring plant health and reporting issues
* Operating and maintaining gardening tools and machinery
* Assisting with irrigation maintenance
About You
* Practical gardening experience
* Confident using gardening machinery safely
* Able to work independently and follow direction
* Strong work ethic, reliable and respectful
* Positive attitude and pride in your work
Preferred, but not essential
* Cert III in Horticulture or similar (not essential)
* Chemical handling certificate (or willingness to obtain)
* Current driver licence
