An emerging music technology company with an established hardware product, scaled manufacturing capability, and rising global interest is seeking a commercially driven CEO to lead its next phase of growth.
With a product already in market and a clear path to expansion, this is an opportunity to step into a pivotal leadership role and shape the company's direction moving forward.
The Role
Reporting to the Executive Chairman, the CEO will work closely with the CTO to drive execution across distribution, marketing, product launches and partnerships.
This is a hands‐on role within a small, agile team. Contracted support will be provided across marketing, finance and operations.
We are open to a flexible structure of minimum 3 days per week initially, with a clear pathway into a longer‐term leadership position.
Key Focus Areas
* Marketing, artists and community: Drive brand awareness through creators, partnerships and digital channels.
* Product launches and commercialisation: Execute presales, launches and go‐to‐market strategy.
* International growth and distribution: Expand to international markets and build distribution across key channels.
* Strategic partnerships: Maintain and grow industry partnerships.
* Operations and financial oversight: Run day‐to‐day operations and maintain visibility across finance, cash flow and reporting.
About You
You ideally have experience building and scaling niche businesses, driving growth and international expansion. You are commercially sharp, execution focused and comfortable operating in a lean environment.
Experience in the music industry, engineering, hardware, eCommerce, digital marketing, distribution or creator ecosystems is a bonus.
