As our highly valued Service Delivery Manager, you will lead IT service operations across a nationwide private healthcare network. This role ensures reliable, consistent IT support across approximately 60 clinical and corporate sites.
Your impact, with us
Coordinate service activities to ensure consistent IT support across multiple sites.
Own and manage core ITIL processes, including Incident, Change, Risk and Problem Management.
Own and administer the organisation’s Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) and IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms.
Drive automation, standardisation, and continuous improvement using service management tools.
Manage and coordinate the activities and priorities of the Field Services Engineers to ensure effective service delivery and incident response.
Provide hands‑on technical support when required across NSW sites.
Provide clear and regular reporting on service performance, risks, and improvement opportunities.
What you’ll bring
* Proven experience in IT Service Delivery, IT Operations, or similar leadership role.
* Tertiary or equivalent computing‑related qualification preferred.
* Strong working knowledge of ITIL processes.
* Demonstrated experience leading technical support or field services team.
* Strong troubleshooting and technical support background.
* Ability to act as a confident technical escalation point.
* Experience administering or managing service management platforms (RMM / ITSM).
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to manage operational responsibilities in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment.

* Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle suitable for regular travel between sites.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
