Customer Service Associate
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Associate to join our retail team. As a key member of our frontline team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting products and services, and ensuring a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Promote products and services in store to meet sales targets
- Operate point of sale systems and monitor fuel/stock deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment to ensure a positive customer experience
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service targets
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Basic mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team and provide support to colleagues
