Overview
We're seeking a capable and versatile Office Administrator to keep our operations running smoothly. You'll play a key role in supporting administrative tasks, managing our RTO office, liaising with students and trainers, and ensuring compliance support—all with a touch of marketing savvy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide general admin support, including managing phone calls, emails, document filing, and correspondence.
* Assist in managing our RTO office operations (not RTO Manager): liaising with students, trainers, coordinating schedules, and managing day-to-day logistics.
* Support minor marketing activities—creating flyers, course materials, social media updates.
* Help maintain compliance-related documentation and assist with audits or updates.
* Ensure smooth communication between trainers, students, and management.
Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in office administration or similar role. Experience in an educational or RTO setting is a plus.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
* Basic marketing familiarity (e.g., Canva, social posts).
* Ability to multitask and adapt in a busy environment.
